Historic Preservation Meeting

The City of Scottsville Historic Preservation Commission is holding its scheduled monthly meeting on March 20, 2025, at the City Council Room in the City-County Building.

The agenda includes discussions on new and old cases related to certificates of appropriateness for signage, building modifications, and security updates in the historic district.

Business items include budget planning, training discussions, and city funding applications. The meeting will also cover updates on local preservation projects, historical markers, murals, and public grants.

The commission will vote on design guidelines and business limitations in the historic district.

Regular meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 6 PM.
